Last week, we learned about the world’s best-selling vodka, tequila, gin, scotch, rum, American whiskey, and RTD cocktail brands, thanks to The Spirits Business’ Brand Champions Report. Now, we’re here to report on the world’s most valuable beer brands in 2024, courtesy of number provided by Brand Finance, an independent brand valuation and strategy consultancy firm.

This year, Corona Extra has taken the throne from last year’s leader, Heineken. According to Brand Finance, Corona Extra’s brand value leaped from $7.425 billion all the way up to $10.389 billion.

Heineken made impressive progress of its own, going from 7.594 billion to $8.982 billion, but it wasn’t enough to maintain its No. 1 status.

The next three spots on this year’s list are the same as last year, belonging to Anheuser-Busch: Budweiser, Bud Light and Modelo Especial. Interestingly, Budweiser (up to $7,36 billion from $6.654 billion) and Modelo (up to $5.243 billion from $4.241 billion) saw growth from last year, while Bud Light saw a relatively minor drop in value from $5.949 billion to $5.426 billion. This begs the question: Is Bud Light still suffering a negative impact from March 2023’s partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney?

The partnership sparked mass conservative outrage and boycotts, leading to threats, layoffs and a reported billion-dollar dip in valuation.

Without further ado, let’s jump into the list:
