On Monday, Simply Spiked, the 5%-ABV product line based on the popular Simply juice brand, announced a new release: Simply Spiked Peach.

Rather than becoming one of the Simply Spiked Lemonade flavors, Simply Spiked Peach will be its own category. The Simply Spiked Peach portfolio will launch at the end of March with four yet-to-be-revealed flavors.

“With the launch of Simply Spiked Lemonade™ in 2022, we tapped into a highly engaged and loyal group of Simply brand fans that had been waiting for a spiked version of their favorite juice flavors with 5% ABV for years,” Joy Ghosh, vice president of Above Premium Beer & FMBs at Molson Coors Beverage Company, said in a news release. “So when we looked towards developing our next Simply Spiked innovation, it was obvious that we should listen to our day one fans and give them the flavor they’ve been asking for. Enter Simply Spiked Peach.”

The launch of Simply Spiked Peach will be supported by a product and storyline integration in Season 2 of the Peacock original show, “Bel-Air,” A reimagined version of the beloved sitcom “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.” Season 2, episode 3 of “Bel-Air”, which will air this Thursday, will include a sneak peek of Simply Spiked Peach. The “Bel-Air” feature won’t reveal the four flavors, Simply Spiked confirmed to Whiskey Raiders.

Simply Spiked’s decision to launch a peach category was informed by data. According to Simply Spiked, peach flavor growth is predicted to outperform 90% of all other food and beverage ingredients over the next four years.

Simply Spiked debuted in June with its original lineup of Signature Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, Blueberry Lemonade and Watermelon Lemonade.
