A video shared Friday on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, showed a man described as a “moving ‘liquor shop'” being apprehended by police, who discovered he was concealing a whopping 48 bottles of illegal liquor beneath his clothing.
The video shows the man removing the bottles from various areas of his person.
पूरा Video देखिए… pic.twitter.com/RAjNZm6Zsz

According to the post, the man’s name is Sajjan Kumar, and he was apprehended in Haridwar, the second-largest city in Uttarakhand, India.
Haridwar is viewed as a holy place for Hindus, and the city hosts significant religious events, including Kumbh Mela.
Haridwar is one of many areas in India where alcohol is illegal.
Unfortunately, this ban has led to a significant black-market liquor operation within the gargantuan country, and tainted illicit liquor often leads to illnesses and death.
Earlier in June, more than 100 people were hospitalized and 47 killed after drinking illegal liquor that was tainted with a deadly chemical called methanol. The incident occurred far from Haridwar, in the southern state of Tamil. A mass cremation was held for the dead.
