‘Little Bit of My Foot Is in Every Bottle’: Foot Fetish Influencer Introduces ‘Simp Wine’ With a Personal Grape Treading Touch

Collaborating with Renegade Urban Winery in East London, Emilie Rae, a foot fetish content creator with a substantial following on OnlyFans, has unveiled a wine made using grapes she personally trod on. Dubbed “Simp Wine,” the limited-edition Cabernet Sauvignon boasts notes of black cherry, blackcurrant — and “perfect feet.”
As reported by The Drinks Business on Wednesday, Rae has actively participated on OnlyFans since 2018, regularly sharing imagery and videos of her feet and charging £40 (approximately $50.64) per minute. Responding to requests that involve standing in various “mushy foods,” Rae has delved into the unique practice of grape treading.
Rae humorously shared the challenges she faced during Simp Wine’s production process, recounting how she lost her footing because of the slippery grape skins.
“I nearly lost my life,” she said, per The Drinks Business. “Obviously, when the skins of the grapes break, they become really slippery… I was stomping away, trying to look sexy… and the next minute I’m flying off to the side.”

Under the banner of “Artisanal Simpism,” Rae seeks to redefine fandom and destigmatize preferences with her new product. Despite the playful naming choice of “simp,” a term often associated with excessive devotion, Rae encourages consumers to experience the unique wine, inviting them to savor the flavor.
“One little bit of my foot is in every bottle – and I think that’s what foot fans will love,” Rae said, according to The Spirits Business. “The foot fetish is the most popular fetish in the UK and this is the perfect product for my fans, who are a huge reason for my success.”
“I hope that we can normalise fetishes rather than stereotyping peoples’ preferences and that my fans will feel even closer to my feet through Simp Wine.”
Priced at £100 ($126.62) per bottle, Simp Wine is sold exclusively through Simpwine.com.
About Renegade Urban Winery
In a conversation with The Drinks Business, Warwick Smith, the founder of Renegade Urban Winery, expressed his thoughts on the recent collaboration with Rae.
“It was great working with Emilie – she was very professional and a pleasure to work with,” Smith shared. “Our role in this was to ensure that a high quality wine was made and that it was done professionally.”
“Our aim as a winery is to make innovative, interesting wines, and we are happy to do things differently. We want to make wine inclusive.”
Renegade Urban Winery started producing wine in 2016, initially adopting a conventional winemaking approach. However, soon recognizing the English wine industry’s lack of strong traditions compared to Europe, the business underwent a transformation in 2017. Embracing the freedom to explore diverse styles and techniques, especially within the innovative landscape of London, Renegade Urban Winery began pioneering new wine styles using a blend of traditional and modern methods.

Presently crafting 12–14 wines annually with an output of 40–60,000 bottles, the winery, although relatively small for a commercial venture, prioritizes uniqueness and innovation. Noteworthy is its commitment to celebrating the diverse faces of London and the U.K. on its labels, featuring the eyes of individuals from various backgrounds and walks of life. This showcase aims to capture the rich tapestry that makes the country special, with faces ranging from students to retirees, embracing diversity in age, ethnicity and life experiences.
