‘World’s Worst Beer’: Tesla Fan Disappointed After Paying $75 Per Bottle of Elon Musk’s ‘Nasty’ CyberBeer

Elon Musk just can’t seem to get it right these days. The boy king/tech titan is no stranger to controversy and unfavorable press. Musk’s CyberBeer is the latest object that those in the Anti-Elon Hate Camp have directed their ire toward.
On Thursday, a Tesla owner by the name of Brian Stone took to Musk’s social platform X, formerly known as Twitter, and claimed that Tesla CyberBeer was “hot garbage.”
“Not only is the lid RUSTED but the beer is also nasty. This was a miss @elonmusk.”
Apparently, Stone owns a 2022 Tesla Model S and purchased not one, but three sets of the 7%-ABV Helles Lager, priced at $150 each. Each set comes with two beers and a “CyberStein.”

In one tweet, Stone referred to CyberBeer as the “worlds worst beer” and included a crying emoji. The disappointed beer buyer later admitted that he had to power through and forced himself to drink all three sets, because he “paid $75 per bottle.”
It appears the beer is as polarizing as the man behind it, as another X user jumped to its defense, claiming his wife liked the beer because “it was a bit hoppy.” He claimed he found it “tolerable.”
Beer is an interesting choice of product for Musk, who once claimed he is not a fan of “the taste of effects of most alcohol” but admitted that he was a fan of red wine and scotch — both perfectly reasonable choices.
Beyond his tech ventures with Tesla, SpaceX, PayPal and more, Musk has gained a mixed reputation as the man who bought Twitter and made a slew of questionable business decisions in relation to the social media platform.
Steve Wozniak accused Musk of being “dishonest” toward Tesla buyers — and let’s not even get into the working conditions at Tesla. We can just table those for another day.
A few months ago, Musk slammed Greta Gerwig’s “Barbie,” posting the following on X: “If you take a shot every time Barbie says the word ‘patriarchy,’ you will probably pass out before the movie ends.”
Maybe Musk passed out because he was chasing those shots with his own beer?
Regardless, maybe Musk should stick to making flamethrowers. At least those were cool.
