Dos Primos Tequila, the brainchild of Grammy-nominated country star Thomas Rhett and his cousin Jeff Worn, has signed on as the partner of a wetland and waterfowl conservation nonprofit.

Ducks Unlimted (DU) was founded by Joseph Knapp in 1937 and has to date conserved over 18 million acres of waterfowl habitat throughout North America. Commemorating the collaboration, Dos Primos will incorporate the DU logo into on-bottle applications, trade marketing materials and in-store displays.

“We enjoy hunting, fishing and just being outdoors with our friends and family,” said Worn. “The conservation efforts of Ducks Unlimited make it possible to enjoy wild places and take part in the kinds of outdoor activities we love.”

Dos Primos — which translates to “Two Cousins” — was launched back in 2019. Distilled by Rodolfo González, the brand has released a Blanco, Reposado and 13-month ex-bourbon finished Añejo. While Rhett brings his expertise as a musician, Jeff Worn contributes the insight of a career pecan farmer.

“We are thrilled to announce Dos Primos Tequila is the newest Proud Partner of Ducks Unlimited,” said Jim Alexander, DU Managing Director of Corporate Relations.

“DU members, along with other outdoor enthusiasts, appreciate and enjoy premium spirits, and enjoy sharing them with friends and family. Dos Primos is just that – a premium quality, great-tasting tequila that can be enjoyed year-round.”
