Cardi B’s Whipshots Gets a Limited Edition Flavor for Valentine’s Day

Starco Brands and rapper icon Cardi B have announced a new limited edition strawberry flavor Whipshot just in time for Valentine’s Day. The strawberry flavor will join the brand’s core lineup of vodka-infused whipped cream canisters – Chocolate, Vanilla and Caramel.
Cardi B continues to be the face of Whipshots in partnership with Starco Brands. The “Bongos” artist will most likely be seen in an ad campaign for the latest edition prior to its official launch.
Previously, the brand introduced limited edition flavors for other seasons. These flavors included a lime edition for summer, a Pumpkin spice flavor for autumn and a Peppermint limited edition for the holiday season.
The tactic of introducing limited-time flavors appears to be working for the Whipshots in a big way. Last year, the brand surpassed selling its three-millionth can just 17 months after its initial retail launch according to Business Wire.
The Strawberry flavor was developed especially for Valentine’s Day and has been said to be one of the brand’s most highly requested flavors since its inception. The ad campaign on Instagram highlights this by showing the many comments left by consumers on the brand’s page following the announcement.
The vodka-infused whipped cream has 10% ABV and does not require refrigeration. The release of the limited edition Strawberry flavor will be on January 25 with a suggested retail price of $14.99 for a 200 ML can.
