Bacardí Rum Teams Up With Luxury Streetwear Brand to Create Dancewear Set to Debut During Electric Dance Festival

Bacardí has announced the launch of a capsule collection of dancewear created in partnership with Amsterdam-based luxury streetwear brand Filling Pieces. The Bacardí x Filling Pieces dancefloor-ready capsule collection includes dancing shoes which will be a a perfect fit for the collection’s debut at a speak-easy inspired pop-up in the Filling Pieces flagship store in Amsterdam, during the Amsterdam Dance Event.

The speakeasy-inspired experience will be at the Filling Pieces Flagship store in Amsterdam’s historic Canal District, between October 19th and 21st. The space will become a modern rum speakeasy that will showcase the nine-piece Bacardí x Filling Pieces limited-edition collection which consists of outerwear, hoodies, t-shirts and sneakers. Staying true to the Filling Pieces style the Bacardí threads will share the clean silhouettes, tonal palate and functional design that exemplify the Filling Pieces aesthetic.

The pop-up event will have cocktail bars serving Caribbean cocktail staples like the mojito and pina colada as well as other rum-filled cocktails. Those in the know will be able to go to the speakeasy bar and taste the special Bacardí x Filling Pieces cocktail found there.

Partiers looking to bust a move can take center stage on the dancefloor where local DJs will spin electronic music to mix the “sound of rum”. The pop-up event will take place during one of the world’s biggest electronic and dance festivals, Amsterdam Dance Event.

The Bacardí x Filling Pieces collection will be available from the 18th of October and can be purchased online via the Filling Pieces website or in-store at its Flagship location in Amsterdam. The BACARDÍ® x Filling Pieces speakeasy pop-up will be open through the 19th-21st of October by RSVP only.
