Millstone Single Malt Whisky is produced by Zuidam Distillery in the Netherlands, founded in 1975 by Fred van Zuidam. Crafted from malted barley milled with traditional windmills, the whisky is double-distilled in copper pot stills. This expression, matured for six years in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butt, was exclusively selected for the German market as part of the Dutch Windmills Collection series. It is bottled at natural cask strength and unchill-filtered.
