  • Nose:

    Tart, fruit-forward nose: Green apple, honey, fresh-baked bread, oats, plum.

  • Taste:

    very tasty and light palate full of waxy fruits and honey -- red apple, pear, ash, caramel, coffee. Quite rich in flavor despite the low proof.

  • Finish:

    Pleasant finish that's quite quick, concluding with cinnamon, dark chocolate-covered almonds and caramel.

  • Overall:

    A tasty scotch that's light, sweet and a very easy drinker yet has some surprising deep sweet notes on the back end.
