  • An amazing bottling that easily stands as my favorite of the trio of Laddie Cuvee's. This is a sherry master class.

  • Nose:

Rich dark cherry, blackberry, sherry and currant. Supple and elegant on the nose with all of the delicious notes we'd expect an unpeated malt and PX sherry to arrive with.

  • Taste:

Dark and brooding, extremely syrupy. Faint ash. The masterclass of sherry. Rich mouthfeel, sweet and fruity but not too sweet and fruity. Lots going on here with a slight influence from the Islay aging that brings balance to the malt, sweet wine and faint ash.

  • Finish:

Long finish that takes forever to dissipate. More malt than wine on the finish, with blackberry, currant, stewed fruits and toffee supporting the show.

  • Overall:

An amazing bottling that easily stands as my favorite of the trio of Laddie Cuvee's. This is a sherry master class.
