Arette Artesanal Suave Añejo is produced in Tequila, Jalisco, by the fifth generation of Orendain family distillers using estate-grown lowlands blue agave. The agave undergoes a 15-hour roast, is shredded, and then fermented in original cement vats with a special house yeast for 6-7 days before pot distillation and double filtration. The spirit then ages in ex-bourbon barrels for 20 months before being bottled at 80 proof.
Mild and fresh, this golden Tequila offers honey and almond on the nose and palate, giving way to fresh apple and white blossoms before finishing with ginger and lemon peel.
