Journeyman Distillery's Not A King Rye Whiskey is crafted with a mashbill of 60% rye and 40% corn. It is distilled and aged for three years in 30-gallon barrels at the Featherbone Factory in Three Oaks, Michigan. Bottled at 90 proof, this whiskey pays tribute to George Washington, who was one of the largest whiskey producers in the U.S. by 1799.
