Glenn’s Creek Café Olé Bourbon is produced by Glenn’s Creek Distillery in Kentucky. It uses the same mash bill as the brand's OCD #5 bourbon, which is 87% corn, 8% rye and 5% malted barley, with the addition of heavily toasted barley malt.
