Código 1530 George Strait Origen Tequila is made from 100% lowlands agave and produced using Amatitán water filtered through volcanic soil. It is aged for six years in French white oak Napa Valley cabernet wine barrels, with the barrels hand-selected by George Strait at the Código 1530 distillery in Amatitán, Mexico. The tequila contains no additives, chemicals, sweeteners, flavoring or coloring. A limited-edition offering, bottles are priced at about $357.
