The tequila cask has certainly rounded some of the smokier, dirtier edges of classic Smokehead and added some new elements, but there’s still something of a void to fill on the flavor front.
Smokehouse Tequila Cask Terminado is a fully capable whisky. The impact of the tequila cask doesn't completely stand out, but I have no doubt that the flavor profile is elevated in a way from trying something new.
