San Matias Tequila Tahona Añejo is crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, using agave steamed in stone ovens and crushed with an original stone tahona from 1886. Following fermentation in wooden vats, it's distilled in copper pot stills and aged in American white oak barrels for 12 months.
