This reposado is produced in Jalisco, Mexico, using highland blue agave. It is initially aged for 2 months in American white oak barrels from Tennessee and Kentucky, then rests for an additional month in French oak barrels that previously held Californian chardonnay. Alma del Jaguar was created to protect wild jaguars in Mexico and the U.S., and the company donates to conservation organizations like the Northern Jaguar Project.
