Produced in Jalisco, Mexico, Grand Mayan Extra Aged Tequila (also called Ultra Aged) is crafted from agave cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens, slowly fermented and twice distilled in copper-lined stills. It is then aged in ex-bourbon and ex-cognac barrels for 3 to 5 years
