Suerte Blanco is priced at $36.99. Crafted at Tequilera Simbolo in Jalisco, Mexico, it is made from 100% blue weber agave, slow-roasted for 52 hours and tahona-crushed for 17 hours. The spirit is double-distilled in stainless and copper, then rested in stainless steel for two months.

Greenery through and through. Roasted agave, tarragon and grass are livened up by a smidge of lemon and lime peel. It has the slightly bitter, floral quality of a dry vermouth.
The flavor is more raw agave than roasted agave; think crunchy, uncooked bell peppers. An earthy, mineral character gives way to tons of sage, fennel and mint. Pleasantly salty as well.
Brief flashes of white pepper, anise and green herbs. Nothing crazy on the finish, though it rounds out all the influences quite well.
For those that like bright, herbaceous flavor, Suerte Blanco hits every mark on the list. I'm curious to understand how the prolonged roasting and crushing process affected the final product, because there really is so much greenery to go around. Can't recommend this enough inside a ranch water or spicy margarita.
