Fruity and bright, honey, apples, pears, hint of citrus and orange peel.
Sweet on the palate, easy drinking. Light and very vanilla forward, hint of orange peel, some pepper, light confectioners sugar.
Short finish that adds a little pepper and slate into the mix, still sweet, hints of cream and sugar once more.
Overall, it’s simple, straightforward, easy to sip neat and works well in a marg/paloma with extra citrus to balance.
