  • The palate is silky and immediately approachable, a punch of spice and more lemon peel giving the tequila an enduring freshness. Creamy throughout, with spikes of herbal agave and a grind of white pepper.

House Review
  • Nose:

    Light vinegar, apple, pear, clover honey and a unique gummy bear note. Pleasant, generally sweet, a pop of savory character. Fun.

  • Taste:

    Moderate mouthfeel, full of honey, cream, apples, confectioners sugar and a light char note. Pleasant, the ABV is entirely absent. It's not wildly complex but it's sweet, has a touch of fruit, and is easy on the palate.

  • Finish:

    Moderate finish, a hint of char, apple, cream and sweetness. Entirely pleasant but it's brief and I can't help but notice how much it doesn't remind me of agave.

  • Overall:

    This is pleasant, easy to drink, but light on agave character. It's totally fine, easy to enjoy, but if you're looking for a powerhouse of agave spirit that's truly agave forward, there are stronger bottles out there.
