Minerally aromas and flavors of mild vanilla, white chocolate, touch of rubber or solvent tone (mineral spirits), latex, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Whether sipped on its own or in a mixed shot, this fruity, supple cristalino will amp up the good times.
This tequila has a medium bodied, slightly oily mouthfeel, and flavors of roasted agave, pineapple, oak and white pepper. This is a subtle tequila, with an herbal note toward the finish, before a gentle ending of pepper and agave.
It’s significantly sweeter than the Silver, which helps to balance out the spirit’s herbal character. We’re left with some citrus, and a bit of cotton candy on the back end — oddly that pairs pretty nicely with this reposado’s herbal core.
