House Review
Nose:
Bright, potent, powerful. Honey, floral notes like jasmine and lavender. Wild peppers and cedar. Acidic and bright.
Taste:
Rests heavy on the palate, complex with plenty going on. Slate, bell pepper, rainwater and bright fruit like apples, pears, kiwi. Creamy on the back palate, light on smoke, a bit of cedar.
Finish:
Long finish that leans meaty, funky, savory and terroir driven.
Overall:
Delightful. Aquilino, you produced some elegant batches.
Score:
92
