  • The taste has spicy notes of clove, cinnamon, and cardamom balanced by dried fruits, honey, and caramel-covered apples. The finish is long with gently fading spices. Very nice.

  • Nose:

    Fresh baking bread, honey and almond, nice rye pop.

  • Taste:

    Thin to medium mouth feel. No heat. Nice brown sugar, toffee, rye spice and a hint of pepper. Enticing and has lots of delicious rye character.

  • Finish:

    Medium finish, orange peel, brown sugar, coffee, rye and caramel.

  • Overall:

    Overall, this is really quite nice. Dark, roasty, malty and toffee forward. Yum.
