Distilled and bottled by Kings County Distillery — New York City's oldest and largest whiskey distillery — this rye is distilled from 80% New York Danko rye and 20% English malted barley. It meets the qualifications to be named an "Empire Rye" thanks to its mashbill containing at least 75% New York rye and it meeting a few other technical thresholds on the production side.
