  • Overall, it's pedestrian, fine, not wildly interesting. If you're looking for an entry level, fairly pedestrian bourbon with an age statement, this is a good bet, but it won't interest drinkers who like to focus on their dram.

  • Nose:

Peach, pears, sweet cream, light grain, a touch light on the oak. Sweet, creamy, young, grainy.

  • Taste:

Light, creamy, sweet, grain forward. Toasted pecan. Faint vanilla, faint peaches, faint pears. Everything about this palate is faint.

  • Finish:

Short finish, some interesting heat, vanilla bean, peach ring candies and a touch of pepper.

  • Overall:

Overall, it's pedestrian, fine, not wildly interesting. If you're looking for an entry level, fairly pedestrian bourbon with an age statement, this is a good bet, but it won't interest drinkers who like to focus on their dram.
