Malty flavours mixed with equally firm fine oak spice giving me an almost Canadian Whisky-like impression of grain and chaff melding with ginger and butterscotch. (Again Yumm!)
There’s a lot going on, but it finds a balance somewhere in the madness. The finish is a bit sharp but nonetheless quite engaging as it invites continued exploration. This is one to really dig into.
