  • Notes of semi-sweet chocolate and salted crackers become sweet aniseed and juicy citrus on the mid-palate. The finish is generous with buttery caramel and honeyed barley.

  • Nose:

    sweet cream, butter, light oak, fresh baked bread. light pepper, faint mustiness.

  • Taste:

    honey, caramel, light smoke. faint ash. good deal of burning wood, minerality, ethanol bite and lime

  • Finish:

    long, but very hot. lots of caramel, ash, minerality, lemon and lime.

  • Overall:

    Reminds me of an Ardbeg but it's not smoky enough.
