Widow Jane The Vaults is an annual limited release blend of straight bourbons aged at least 15 years, assembled and bottled at the Widow Jane Distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The base whiskey is sourced from Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana, then finished in a different rare oak each year and proofed with limestone water from the Rosendale Mines. It is bottled at 49.5% ABV and sells for around $225.
