Four Roses Experimental Series No. 003: Chestnut is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg. It uses the distillery's six-year-old OBSK recipe, finished for five to eleven weeks in 250-liter chestnut barrels made from wood grown in Japan. It is bottled at 52% ABV in a 375ml format and sells for $55 at the Four Roses Visitor Centers.
