Bowmore 21 Years Sherry Oak Cask is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky made at the Bowmore Distillery. It is matured in a mix of oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon casks, then finished in first-fill Pedro Ximenez casks. It is bottled at 46.8% ABV and sells for roughly $320 to $450.

  • Sweet notes open on the palate, led by toffee and vanilla accompanied by a touch of treacle. The sweetness is followed by mouthcoating spicy sherry alongside notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, giving way to a sharp touch of stewed rhubarb.
