Charli XCX’s Extra Dirty Martini

Charli XCX's Extra Dirty Martini recipe was developed as part of her partnership with Absolut Vodka, which was announced Oct. 20.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Absolut Vodka
  • ¾ oz Olive Brine
  • ¼ oz Dry Vermouth
  • 3 green olives For Garnish

Instructions

  1. Place a martini glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Pour in Absolut vodka, dry vermouth and olive brine.
  3. Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon until it is ice cold and well-chilled.
  4. Strain and pour into your chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with three green olives, dropped directly into the martini or placed in the drink on a skewer.
