Isle of Harris Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the signature single malt from the Isle of Harris Distillery in Tarbert in the Outer Hebrides. It is lightly peated and matured in first-fill ex-Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, then married for at least 12 weeks. It is non-chill filtered, bottled at 46% ABV and has a UK retail price of £50, or about $67 in the US.

  • On the palate, rich buttery caramel opens accompanied by touches of ginger, cinnamon and oak. Notes of vanilla, orange citrus and boiled fruit sweets follow balanced by fresh cut grass, flinty minerality, and gentle peat with an echo of smoke.
