Springbank 10 Year is a Campbeltown single malt Scotch made at the Springbank Distillery, which handles floor malting, aging and bottling on site. It is lightly peated, distilled 2.5 times and matured in a mix of 60% ex-bourbon and 40% ex-sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added color and sells for roughly $70 to $100 in the U.S.

  • The taste profile asserts itself in the forms of light caramel, paraffin and almond paste; at midpalate the spirit becomes more evident as the off-dry, malty, moderately salty flavor warms the tongue and throat.
