Kirin Fuji-Sanroku Signature Blend is a Japanese blended whisky made at the Fuji Gotemba Distillery in Shizuoka Prefecture, at the foot of Mount Fuji. It was blended by master blender Jota Tanaka from whiskies selected at their peak of maturity, and it carries no age statement. It is bottled non-chill filtered at 50% ABV and sells for roughly $75 to $120 depending on the market.

  • The palate moves to limes and mandarin with a lovely sweetness to it, which is enhanced in the finish, with a hint if liquorice.
