Verdadero Tequila Blanco is a blanco tequila made in Jalisco, Mexico for the Austin-based Verdadero brand. It is made from 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from both the highlands and lowlands, stone-roasted, fermented with wild yeast, twice distilled and rested for 48 hours in stainless steel tanks. It is bottled at 40% ABV and sells for about $39.95.
