Polanco Tequila Blanco is a certified organic tequila made at Tequilera De Los Altos Casa Loy in Ayotlán, Jalisco. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, crushed with a tahona, fermented in stainless steel and twice distilled in copper pot stills, then rested in ex-bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV and sells for roughly $50 to $64.
