Rimari Blanco is an unaged tequila made at NOM 1414 in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, under master distiller Sergio Cruz. It is made from mature Highland Blue Weber agave and fermented with sake yeast, then distilled in small batches in copper stills. It is bottled at 40% ABV and sells for about $50.
