Manuscrito Reposado High Proof Chapter Four is a tequila made at the El Sabino Distillery in Jesus Maria, Jalisco, under master distiller Oscar Vazquez Camarena. It is made from estate grown Blue Weber agave that is cooked in ovens, fermented with agave fibers and double distilled in copper pot stills. It is rested for just over three months in ex-Chardonnay French oak barrels, bottled at 51.55% ABV and sells for around $70.
