Manuscrito Reposado Chapter Three is a tequila made at the El Sabino Distillery in Jesus Maria, Jalisco, under master distiller Oscar Vazquez Camarena. It uses single estate Blue Weber agave harvested at six to eight years old, which is cooked in stone ovens, fermented with native yeast and agave fibers and double distilled in copper pots. It is aged more than three months in ex-chardonnay French oak barrels, bottled at 42.5% ABV and sells for around $55.
