Entremanos Castaño Blanco is a tequila made at Hacienda de Oro in Amatitán, Jalisco by Maestro Tequilero Jaime Villalobos Sauza. It uses 100% Blue Weber agave that is cooked in autoclaves, fermented with ambient yeast and distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills with copper heads. The spirit rests 10 to 15 days in untoasted French oak, is bottled at 42% ABV and sells for around $55 to $60.
