Dingle Lá an Dreoilín Single Pot Still is an Irish single pot still whiskey produced at Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, Ireland. It is the ninth and final release in the distillery’s Celtic Wheel of the Year series. The whiskey is matured in former bourbon casks before being finished in Muscatel casks. Bottled at 52.5% ABV without chill filtration, it retails for around €95.
On the palate, a delightful fusion of tropical and orchard fruits unfolds, before a beautifully balanced finish of burnt almond and caramelized walnut.
