Eddu Silver is a French whisky made at Distillerie des Menhirs in Plomelin, Brittany, by the Le Lay family. It is distilled entirely from Breton-grown buckwheat using a double distillation in direct-fired pot stills, then aged in French oak casks previously used for Cognac. It is bottled at 40% ABV and typically retails in the €35-45 range.
