St. Laurent Whisky Rye is a Canadian rye whisky produced at Distillerie du St. Laurent near Rimouski in Quebec’s Bas-Saint-Laurent region. It is made from an 80% rye and 20% malted barley mash bill, fermented on the grain and distilled twice in copper stills before being aged for three years in a combination of American virgin oak casks (two-thirds) and ex-whisky casks (one-third). Bottled at 43% ABV, it sells for around C$55, or approximately $40 USD.
