Michel Couvreur
35 Years
Michel Couvreur Forever Young Pristine 35 Year Old is a single malt whisky distilled in Scotland in 1970 and aged for 35 years in Burgundy, France, in the cellars of Bouze-lès-Beaune. Because it was matured outside of Scotland, the Scotch Whisky Association classifies it as a 'Single-Single' rather than a single malt Scotch. It is a rare, now sold-out bottling from Michel Couvreur, an independent bottler known for aging Scotch spirit in hand-selected sherry and wine casks.
