Cazcabel Tequila Blanco is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila made in the Los Altos (highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico, produced by the Vázquez family, fourth-generation agave farmers, at NOM 1436. The agave is steamed in brick ovens, fermented in steel tanks for 10 days, and double-distilled in copper pot and steel stills before bottling additive-free. It is bottled at 40% ABV and retails for around $25–$35.
