Habitation Velier Papa Rouyo 2022 is a Pure Single Rum from the Papa Rouyo micro-distillery in Guadeloupe, bottled by the Italian trading house Velier. It is made from 100% pure cane juice using Canne Matos and Canne Rouge (R579) varieties, pot-distilled and aged for one year in a combination of ex-Cognac and French oak barrels in a tropical climate. Bottled at full proof at 56.7% ABV with no additions, it retails in Europe for around €112, or approximately $120 USD.
