Benromach Contrasts: Organic is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky produced at Benromach Distillery in Forres, Scotland, owned and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail. It is made from 100% organic barley grown locally in Speyside and is fully certified by the UK Soil Association from grain to bottle, making it the first certified organic single malt Scotch whisky. The whisky is unpeated, matured in virgin American oak casks, bottled without chill-filtration at 46% ABV and typically retails in the $60-$85 range.
