Kilchoman Islay Single Malt Scotch New Oak Single Cask Finish is a limited single-cask release from Kilchoman Distillery on the Isle of Islay, Scotland. It was first matured for more than five years in a fresh STR cask, meaning a shaved, toasted and re-charred ex-red wine hogshead, before being finished for more than a year in a new Carpathian oak cask. Cask No. 234/2018 was the first Kilchoman bottling to use a new oak cask and was bottled at 57.2% ABV.
